Throughout our home-buying process, S&J team (Stephen & Jesse) were incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Their ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. We were impressed by S & J's negotiation skills. They managed to lower the asking price significantly, saving us thousands. Their strategy during the negotiation phase was impressive, as they leveraged their market knowledge to our advantage. Their professionalism was consistent. They were always on time for appointments and provided reliable advice. Their reliability was crucial during the closing stages, ensuring a smooth final transaction. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend S&J real estate team. Their dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how they went out of their way to accommodate our viewing schedules and provided honest advice on property values.

We had an awesome experience with Stephen. We looked at a lot of houses and he was extremely patient and wanted us to feel comfortable with our purchase. This was my first home purchase and Stephen made the process seamless and simple. We are from Canada and if you are a Canadian looking for a realtor… THIS IS YOUR GUY. He went above and beyond everything that we asked of him. He got us projected airbnb rental revenue, provided some great recommendations and negotiated a very reasonable price. We will be using Stephen for all our home future home purchases. If you are on the fence of which realtor to use, just give him a call and I can honestly say you will not be disappointed. He is genuinely interested in helping you making the right decision and it makes a difference.

Not only are Stephen and Jessica incredible realtors, but we also built a wonderful friendship along the way. They handle everything behind the scenes so gracefully that you’d never know just how hard they’re working. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, we are thrilled to be in our new home. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

This is the team you need if you are buying or selling a home! I’ve had several realtors in the past, but none have compared to S & J Realty Team! They got my house in contract within a week of listing, got it sold within the month, and they found me a beautiful home the same day. They take the time to answer every question and communicate so well. I can’t tell you how happy I am, and I highly recommend them to anyone!!

I'm so grateful I found Jessie & Stephen. I am very new to real estate and was in search for my first investment property. Luckily I had them to help me through EVERY SINGLE step offering honest, non biased, help wherever they could. They also went a million steps further and helped me figure out ways to manage the property. They sent me helpful links for managing my money, spreadsheets, to work off of and so much more. I did this alone and was extremely nervous about making mistakes. Jessie and Stephen made me feel like a part of their team/family guiding me through the entire process. And they have continued to check in every so often since. I know if I were to reach out with any questions or concerns at any point, they would be there to help me without hesitation. I am so grateful to them and will absolutely be looking to them for my next property.

By far the best house buying experience we have had so far!!! Stephen was such a great resources to have when looking for houses in a new city. He looked at everything we wanted with us and helped us make a great choice on our new home!! I would recommend Stephen and his team to everyone that I meet who is looking to purchase a new home!!

I am a recent widow whose husband handled all finances, etc., so I was nervous about the process of selling my house. Fortunately, Stephen was recommended to me by a neighbor and he was the perfect choice. He was kind, understanding, hard working, and willing to listen to what my family thought the listing price should be. The sale went quickly and smoothly. I now consider Stephen a friend and highly recommend him if you need a relator.
